Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days except custom painted or built flight helmets after a confirmed order. If you order a flight helmet we have in inventory, you will receive a telephone call letting you know your order will ship out at a sooner date than mentioned above. All custom-built flight helmets are mandatory 30 to 60 days or sooner from the date of purchase.

Please check your email for a purchase receipt or SMS on your mobile device after you have placed your order. If you have not provided an e-mail address a receipt will automatically be sent to your mobile telephone messaging.

 

When your flight helmet is shipped, our online store will automatically send a tracking number to your provided email or SMS mobile messaging on your mobile phone. All flight helmets will require a signature on the delivery date.

 

Please note: There is no other Made in America GENTEX new flight helmet builder that can be shipped faster than Jade Tactical.
